We’re Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2) Are you passionate about solving technical issues and delivering exceptional IT support? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team and provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and end-user systems. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices., • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues efficiently., • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools., • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory or equivalent systems., • Set up and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices., • Support video conferencing, remote desktop tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)., • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation., • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection guidelines., • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary., • Provide excellent customer service and user training on IT tools and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in desktop or IT support (Windows/Mac/Linux environments)., • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking., • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools., • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities., • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
