If this excites you, then apply below. Role: Data Analyst IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE SHARE YOUR CV IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE ONLY! Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Tagging • Implement tracking and tagging in alignment with customer and brand guidelines to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement., • Ensure proper data collection frameworks are in place to support reliable campaign performance reporting and analysis., • Collaborate with campaign and web teams to validate tag implementation across digital channels., • Troubleshoot and resolve tagging discrepancies to maintain data integrity. 2. Post-Campaign Analytics & Insights Reporting • Analyze campaign performance data across channels including paid media, email, social, and digital., • Break down campaign results by channel to identify performance drivers and areas of improvement., • Generate clear, concise, and actionable insights reports for marketing and business stakeholders., • Provide optimization recommendations based on performance trends and historical data analysis., • Identify and document best practices for future campaign planning and execution., • Collate and share campaign learnings in a structured and accessible format for internal teams. 3. Operational Reporting • Track, monitor, and report on key operational KPIs on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)., • Maintain and update core dashboards and data workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting., • Develop tailored reports with specific data points for senior leadership and key stakeholder groups., • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improved business decision-making., • Manage and refine data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills & Experience • Experience: 3–5+ years in campaign analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field, • Campaign Tagging: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management systems, • Analytics Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms, • Data Visualization: Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio, • Reporting & Insights: Strong ability to synthesize data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations, • Data Management: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automation, • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to non-technical audiences Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
