Summary We are seeking a sales-driven professional to act as a dedicated expert and advocate for Qualcomm products within our organization. This role focuses on developing deep product knowledge, enabling internal sales teams, and driving overall growth of Qualcomm-related business. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong expertise in Qualcomm products, solutions, and value propositions Act as the internal “go-to” specialist and advocate for all Qualcomm offerings Support and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth Deliver training sessions and enablement programs to improve team knowledge and sales effectiveness Translate technical product features into clear business value for both internal teams and customers Identify opportunities to expand Qualcomm product adoption across accounts Provide ongoing feedback from the field to improve positioning and sales strategies Key Requirements Are bilingual or proficient in English Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly build deep technical understanding Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to train, influence, and support sales teams Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Preferred Profile Experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or product specialist roles Background in technology, semiconductors, or related industries Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences What’s in it for you Full-time contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Salary: 28,500 euros gross/year + up to €6,500 bonus + private medical insurance Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on Career development programs and specialized courses Great office location in Barcelona, and opportunity to work from home some days after trial period Experience the best version of you!
