Run what runs the world. /p pThis Position reports to: Sales Manager. /p h3Your Role and Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. /p pYou will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of machinery drives, PLCs, HMIs, and servos within a designated division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. /p pThis role is contributing to the Drive products division in North region, leading the sales for machine builders and System Integrators, with the whole automation portfolio. /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liHunting new customers on Strategic Channels (OEMs, System Integrators and Automation partners) /li liLeading to develop new applications to contribute to reach the budget of the sales region across the PLCs and Drives portfolio /li liEstablishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions /li liPreparing sales plans and bids, with the automation consultant and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy /li liContributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Regional sales Manager /li liMonitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team /li liCollaborating with Sales management to define priorities and building the Go to market strategy /li /ul pWork model: Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Experience in North Market will be well considerate /li liSound knowledge of Automation products and applications for machine builders and System Integrators /li liAvailable to travel at least 3 days each week to visit customers on the North Region /li liSelf-learning skills and focus on new applications. /li liMedium level of English /li liCurrent car license valid in Spain /li liA collaborative, result and solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
