Your Role Manage inbound inquiries from national and international clients via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses in French, Spanish, and English . Organize and pre-qualify leads by gathering key information on clients’ property needs, preferences, and timelines. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and proper follow-up. Support administrative coordination of client requests and ensure all interactions are properly logged in internal systems. Assist with database management and structured outreach to reactivate existing client accounts. Coordinate internally with sales agents to facilitate smooth handovers and maintain clear documentation of client interactions. Update internal systems with property availability, notes, and client status to support team workflows and reporting. Contribute to maintaining organized administrative processes that support a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with company service standards. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of professional experience in real estate, client relations, customer service, or administrative coordination roles. Experience handling inbound requests, client databases, or CRM systems. Language skills: Fluency in French (essential) Professional level of Spanish and English Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with a professional and structured approach. Organization: Strong administrative and coordination skills with high attention to detail. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
