We are now hiring a BDR Team Lead for a rapidly expanding B2B sales organization based in Barcelona. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced sales environments, loves outbound, and wants to lead a growing team while still staying close to execution. Our client helps innovative B2B companies break into new markets using a highly data-driven, technology-powered sales engine. What you will do: • Lead a team of 3–5 BDRs, providing structure, coaching, and ongoing development • Deliver 20–25 SQLs per month yourself, setting the benchmark for outbound excellence • Track and report KPIs such as SQL output, conversion, and outreach performance • Work closely with Account Management and Customer Success to optimize outreach and lead quality • Run weekly standups, performance reviews, and retrospective sessions • Improve outbound strategy and workflows; refine playbooks and sales processes • Oversee the use of sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot) • Support recruitment, onboarding, and scaling of the BDR team • Foster a culture of high performance, ownership, and collaboration What you bring: • 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) • Previous leadership or coaching experience in sales • German proficiency (C1+ or native) • Strong English skills • Hands-on knowledge of outbound strategy, email outreach, cold calling, and pipeline generation • Experience working with modern sales automation tools • A structured, proactive, motivated approach to performance and process • Background in startups, sales agencies, or SDR-as-a-Service teams is a plus • Experience with signal-based prospecting or automated lead sourcing is an advantage What you’re offered: • Clear path to senior leadership or strategic commercial roles • Hybrid work model with up to 3 remote days per week + work-from-anywhere options • Paid sick leave above the legal minimum • Home office equipment budget • Relocation support for moving to Barcelona • Modern central office by Barcelona Sants Station • Regular team events, workshops, social activities, and company gatherings If you love outbound sales, enjoy developing people, and want to join a company that is redefining B2B sales with innovation and ambition, this is your next step.
