Join our Sales team at Seippel & Seippel Insurance Brokers- Position: Sales Executive Location: Santa Ponsa or Santanyí (Mallorca) Are you fluent in German and English, passionate about people, and driven by results? What you will do • Advise local and international clients on tailored insurance solutions., • Generate and manage new business opportunities., • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and care., • Work within a truly multicultural and international team. What we are looking for • Languages: German (mandatory), English and Spanish., • Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and commercial mindset., • Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence., • Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus, but not a requirement — we value motivation, learning attitud, and genuine care for clients.
