Qualifications • Residence in Melilla., • Fluency in spoken English and Spanish (minimum English level B1)., • Proven experience in customer service is valued but not essential, as the company provides comprehensive in-house training., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with active listening abilities., • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt responses to different situations., • Computer literacy and typing skills are required., • Ability to work under pressure., • Willingness to work shifts., • Responsible and detail-oriented.
