ph3About the Role: /h3 pAt Ferrero, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Sales Representative OOH to join our Field Sales team in bGran Canaria /b. Additionally, you will enjoy a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges, customer interactions, and opportunities to grow professionally. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pYou will manage a portfolio of customers and points of sale throughout your assigned route, building strong relationships and ensuring regular visits that support long-term business growth. A key part of your role will involve securing the best product visibility through effective bSales Negotiation /b, excellent bRetail Execution /b, and the implementation of bTrade Marketing /b initiatives. /p pWorking closely with customers, you will generate orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability to maximize sales opportunities. Furthermore, you will review assortments, identify opportunities to introduce new references, and support the successful execution of promotional activities. /p pSuccess in this position will also come from your ability to leverage strong bTerritory Management /b and bRoute Management /b skills. Through ongoing bSales Analysis /b, you will evaluate route productivity, identify growth opportunities, segment customers, and propose actions that improve performance and business results. Collaboration with Key Account teams and wholesale partners will be essential to ensure flawless execution of centrally negotiated agreements. /p pWhile your daily activity will be mainly focused on bLas Palmas de Gran Canaria /b, you will also have the opportunity to travel across other islands within the Canary Islands when required to support business needs and maximize commercial opportunities. /p h3About You: /h3 pYou are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys building lasting partnerships. Previous experience in Field Sales, bAccount Management /b, bBusiness Development /b, bHORECA /b, or bOOH Sales /b within the bFMCG /b sector will help you succeed in this role. /p pBeyond your commercial experience, you bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to identify opportunities that drive growth. Additionally, you are highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing your territory independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset. /p pWe are looking for someone with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience working with bTrade Marketing /b and data analysis platforms such as Nielsen, Kantar, Post Potential, SAP Sales Cloud, or similar solutions will be highly valued. /p pTo excel in this role, you should demonstrate curiosity, resilience, adaptability, and a passion for achieving ambitious goals. Experience in leading consumer goods companies, preferably within bConsumer Goods /b and bFast-Moving Consumer Goods /b, is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is required, while English proficiency will be considered an advantage. /p pA valid driving licence is essential, and you should be based in bLas Palmas de Gran Canaria /b or have immediate availability to relocate.
