We deliver CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions for sectors such as healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology e‑commerce, and financial services. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pCollections Specialist – responsible for proactive customer outreach, account analysis, negotiation, and recovery of outstanding balances in a goal‑driven environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInitiate inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment options. /li liReview account histories to assess balances, payment status, and reasons for delinquency. /li liNegotiate payment arrangements that meet customer and company needs. /li liSet up and manage payment plans in accordance with company policies. /li liMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account updates. /li liEnsure all collection activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations. /li liAddress inquiries and resolve disputes to prevent future delinquencies. /li liGenerate regular reports on collection efforts and account statuses for management review. /li liStay informed on industry best practices and participate in ongoing training. /li /ul h3Candidate Qualifications /h3 ul li18 years or older. /li liHigh school diploma or equivalent. /li li6+ months of experience in collections, billing, or customer service. /li liStrong understanding of collections and billing procedures. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liProven ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. /li liProficient in CRM systems and collection software. /li liTyping speed of 45+ WPM. /li liDetail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. /li liGoal‑driven and motivated to meet or exceed performance targets. /li liAbility to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently. /li liTeam‑oriented with a customer‑first mindset. /li liComfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Conditions of Employment /h3 ul liAuthorized to work in the country where the job is based. /li liWilling to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. /li liWilling to submit to drug screening. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pStarting compensation is based on experience.
