Role & Scope Responsible for developing, managing and driving commercial performance across a portfolio of 20 distributors in the European region for 20 brands. Ensures sustainable growth, operational excellence, and expansion of the distribution network in collaboration with internal teams (Brand, Supply, Finance, Marketing). Key Responsibilities 80% missions 1. Distributor Portfolio Management & Development, 2. Commercial Performance Tracking & Analysis, 3. Product Launches & Market Execution, 4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Leadership, 5. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Development 20% missions Network Expansion & New Partner Acquisition: • Identify new growth opportunities., • Prospect, assess, and recommend new distributors., • Lead pitch, onboarding, and training phases for new partners. Key Competencies • Strong negotiation and key account management skills., • Financial analysis and understanding of profitability models., • High autonomy managing a multi-country portfolio., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities., • Intercultural awareness and EU mobility.
