Main duties • Opening the yoga studio at the start of the shift., • Checking in customers with our online system (Mind body) and welcoming them to the studio., • Assisting in/and driving sales and acting as the first point of contact for customers. Building strong relationships with customers., • Supporting the yoga teachers to ensure classes run smoothly., • Ensuring the yoga studio is always clean, presentable and organised., • Locking up the yoga studio at the end of the shift if needed, • Office administration using Microsoft programmes, working as part of a team, and independently, • Part of the role requires minor lifting and some physical work *Must have weekend availability. Alongside regular tasks, the role may include additional duties as needed to meet the operational needs of the studio and to support the wider team in delivering a consistent and positive student experience.
