What We're Building AI tools that estate agents will actually use: • Smart lead qualification – fuses on-site property browsing behaviour with chat data, • Post-viewing feedback capture – records and organises voice feedback from buyers and agents What You'll Do • Advise our product team via scheduled phone consultations (1-5 hours/week), • Share insights from your experience with lead qualification, viewings, and negotiations, • Review product features and provide feedback on what works (and what doesn't) You're a Good Fit If You Have: ✓ Minimum 1 year as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent ✓ Experience at an independent agency, multi-branch, or regional operation ✓ Hands-on experience with lead qualification, viewings arrangement, and offer negotiation ✓ Confidence using estate agency CRMs (Reapit, Jupix, Dezrez, or similar) ✓ Strong opinions on what makes estate agency tools useful (or useless) What We Offer 💰 £15-100/hour depending on experience 🕐 Ultra-flexible – book calls around your schedule (evenings/weekends fine) 🏠 Fully remote – work from anywhere 📞 Get paid per consultation – no timesheets, no micromanagement 🚀 Early-stage startup – your input directly shapes the product 10 positions available.
