What We're Building
AI tools that estate agents will actually use:
- Smart lead qualification – fuses on-site property browsing behaviour with chat data
- Post-viewing feedback capture – records and organises voice feedback from buyers and agents
- Intelligent offer evaluation – helps agents assess and respond to offers with data-driven insights
We're not replacing agents. We're giving them superpowers.
What You'll Do
- Advise our product team via scheduled phone consultations (1-5 hours/week)
- Share insights from your experience with lead qualification, viewings, and negotiations
- Review product features and provide feedback on what works (and what doesn't)
- Help us understand the real pain points estate agents face daily
This is consulting, not execution. We want your brain, not your time selling properties.
You're a Good Fit If You Have:
✓ Minimum 1 year as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
✓ Experience at an independent agency, multi-branch, or regional operation
✓ Hands-on experience with lead qualification, viewings arrangement, and offer negotiation
✓ Confidence using estate agency CRMs (Reapit, Jupix, Dezrez, or similar)
✓ Strong opinions on what makes estate agency tools useful (or useless)
