What You’ll Be Doing • Operating ovens and managing baking cycles to perfection. Preparing and mixing dough using traditional, time-honoured techniques., • Scoring, glazing, and shaping dough for top-quality results. Monitoring proofing and ensuring products meet our high artisan standards., • Assisting in viennoiserie production when required. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment., • Supporting the team to meet production schedules without compromising quality. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in artisan bread-making using traditional techniques., • Strong knowledge of dough preparation and proofing., • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented., • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude., • Willingness to learn – we welcome those with some experience who are keen to develop further.
