We are a successful local company specialising in leaflet and brochure display and distribution, with a network of over 1,000 display locations across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Due to continued company success and growth, we are looking for a new team member to take responsibility for their own designated display networks and support the wider day-to-day distribution operation. The role This is a practical, hands-on and varied position. The successful applicant will spend time out on the road managing their designated display networks, as well as working from our print warehouse. Key elements to communicate: • Distributing and displaying leaflets and brochures across designated networks, • Keeping displays tidy, well presented and fully replenished, • Removing out-of-date print, • Carrying out bespoke leaflet and brochure distribution, • Organising incoming print ready for distribution, • Collecting and delivering print to and from clients, • Taking photographs of displays to provide customer feedback, • Keeping the print warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe, • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure jobs are covered, • Providing excellent face-to-face customer service Hours Full-time: 5 days per week / 37.5 hours Who we're looking for The post should appeal to somebody who is: • Must have a full clean UK driving licence, • Friendly, personable and confident dealing with customers and display venues, • Well organised and able to manage their workload, • Happy working independently as well as part of a team, • Practical and willing to get stuck in, • Comfortable being out and about and undertaking a physically active role, • Proud of keeping displays and working areas tidy and well presented, • Comfortable with basic computer use
