About the Role We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar Supervisor to join our team at Cleo, a stylish all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, just moments from Victoria. Cleo offers a mix of brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and quality coffee, creating a vibrant and fast-paced service environment. This is a hands-on role where you will lead shifts, support daily operations, and ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the smooth running of daily service, • Lead and support the team during busy periods, • Take responsibility for team performance during shifts, • Ensure consistency in drink preparation and service standards, • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and coffee, • Confidently work across both bar and coffee stations, • Carry out opening and closing procedures, • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar upkeep, • Follow all health & safety procedures at all times, • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally, • Previous experience in a bar, café, or restaurant environment, • Supervisory or team leader experience preferred, • Good knowledge of cocktails and bar service, • Basic to good barista skills, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • High attention to detail in service and presentation, • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment, • Includes evenings, weekends, and mornings as required
