We are looking for an experienced bartender to work part time in a bar & restaurant.

About the role. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic & well presented bartender to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. Your duty’s will basically be Open and close the bar make a hell of a lot of cocktails. Make sure that you’re friendly and create a party vibe.😅 We are a small team and not as many levels of management, but we are busy and need a self reliant bartender to work with us.

The Restaurant Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 60 on an outdoor terrace. The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: Prior experience as a Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar; Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group; Beer and whisky will be at the heart of the drinks menu, with a seasonal changing list of beers on tap and a carefully curated global whisky list.
