We are a small Italian Restaurant situated in Bloomsbury 2 minutes away from Russell Square Station on Piccadilly line. Punctuality, seriousness and willing to learn more is a must have.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Kitchen chef to join our brigade here at Native Places- Kings Wardrobe. The Deli Counter is the new addition at Native King's Wardrobe. Our guests' first sense of arrival, is a reception, hotel lobby, café and counter deli during the day, serving small plates and drinks in the evening. As our Breakfast Cook you will: Working as a part of team on a particular section. What will I be doing? • Leading and mentoring a hard working team of chefs in a busy environment., • You'll report to our Kitchen Operations Manager and General Manager and you will be responsible to run all areas of the kitchen on site., • Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen whilst keeping a positive working environment for the team!, • You'll be responsible for overseeing and providing excellent pizza quality, kitchen speed and service., • Training and maintaining a competent chef team - providing regular appraisals and keeping the team engaged., • Ensuring that you hit successful GP and portioning figures., • You'll be responsible for your team's rota in alignment with budgeted staff costs., • Stock ordering and rotation.
