You will be an integral part of delivering the STAR 28 strategy, focused on embedding risk management best practices across the firm with in a pragmatic manner. This internal facing role (Second Line of Defence) will principally involve working with and deputising for the Enterprise Risk Director in helping the enhancement and development of high-quality risk management processes, frameworks and culture across the organisation. This will include developing the strategic approach for Enterprise Risk Management in developing a sustainable and value adding service for the business to manage its risk profile.
