Needs be well versed in the preparation of the following: 1) Different types of naans i.e. butter naan, chilli naan, garlic naan, Kashmiri naan etc 2) Different types of tandoori i.e. Amritsari tikka, Hariyali paneer tikka, paneer sheekh kebab, paneer tikka etc Minimum 5 years experience.
