15.50/hour target earnings + shared team tips Full-time | Permanent | Tuesday–Saturday | Clapham We are an established boutique beauty salon in Clapham looking for an experienced Senior Salon Receptionist & Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house experience and help keep the salon running smoothly throughout the day. This is an excellent next step for an experienced Salon Receptionist, Senior Receptionist, Salon Coordinator, Front of House professional or Assistant Manager who is ready for more responsibility. You do not need to have previously held a Salon Manager title. The role You will be responsible for: • Welcoming and looking after clients, • Managing bookings, rebooking, cancellations, deposits and payments, • Managing phone, WhatsApp and client enquiries, • Monitoring the diary and helping fill availability, • Encouraging rebooking, appropriate upgrades, add-ons and retail, • Supporting and coordinating therapists throughout the day, • Monitoring delays, punctuality and breaks, • Maintaining excellent reception and salon standards, • Coordinating stock, supplies and everyday operational requirements, • Handling client concerns professionally, • Supporting opening and closing procedures, • Taking ownership of day-to-day operational issues This is a hands-on senior role, not a standard receptionist position. You should be comfortable preparing refreshments, replenishing supplies, helping reset client areas and supporting the team when required. About you We are looking for someone who is: • Warm, confident and excellent with clients, • Highly organised and detail-oriented, • Reliable and punctual, • Proactive and comfortable taking responsibility, • Calm under pressure, • Commercially aware, • Comfortable supporting and coordinating a team Experience in a beauty salon, spa or aesthetic clinic is preferred, but candidates from premium hospitality, private clinics, dental clinics or high-end front of house will also be considered. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Fluent Portuguese and English required. Right to work in the UK required. Pay & Performance £15.50/hour target earnings + regular shared team tips. Target earnings are based on a £33,000 annual base salary plus a performance bonus linked to agreed monthly and quarterly targets. Performance areas include client experience, rebooking and retention, commercial performance, diary management, reliability, organisation and salon standards. Hours Tuesday–Friday: 9:30am–7:15pm Saturday: 9:30am–5:15pm Sunday & Monday off. 44.25 paid hours per week.
