We’re looking for a brilliant Sous Chef to join Kiez, a Berlin-inspired, design-led kebab spot opening in Notting Hill. This is a new concept pushing proper cooking into a category that’s often overlooked, great produce, strong technique, and a tight, focused menu. Built with one of London’s top design teams and a serious sound system. 1. Join from day one and help build the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, shaping prep systems, service flow, and standards from the ground up., 2. Work with quality produce, strong technique, and a focused menu, rethinking a traditional category into something more accessible and exciting without losing its roots., 3.
