Two Twins Tacos is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our vibrant team. As our Chef, you will be instrumental in crafting authentic and delicious tacos and Mexican-inspired dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes, with a strong focus on tacos., • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating., • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained., • Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste., • Develop and innovate new menu items that align with our brand and customer preferences., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service., • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
