The role of Bar Manager is to provide key operational contribution to the management team while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service are delivered to all guests Service excellence. Oversee the bar day-to-day operations: • Ensure the highest standards of quality, preparation and presentation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks., • Manage guests' complaints, queries and feedback towards a positive outcome., • Inspire a culture of hospitality, engaging with patrons in the most enjoyable atmosphere.
