The successful candidate will have: • Experience in a similar food and beverage role, preferably in a busy, high-end hotel, leisure or hospitality environment., • A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, which is desirable., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing manner., • A proactive approach and the ability to resolve queries positively and practically., • A passion for exceptional guest service and a courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues., • Strong teamwork and attention to detail., • The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision., • A positive and flexible approach, including availability for weekend and evening work.
