You will: • Prepare espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to a consistently high standard., • Calibrate grinders and dial in espresso at the start of each shift, adjusting throughout the day as needed., • Demonstrate strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grind adjustment, and milk texturing., • Prepare toasties and other grill items quickly, safely, and accurately., • Monitor cooking equipment and follow food safety and hygiene standards., • Take customer orders, process cash and card payments, and provide excellent service., • Keep coffee and food preparation areas clean, organised, and ready for service., • Assist with opening and closing duties and support colleagues during busy periods.
