BARISTA – BERRY & MAPLE Berry & Maple is looking for an experienced, friendly and energetic Barista to join our busy brunch team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making great coffee, works well under pressure and brings positive energy to the team and our customers. The Role As a Barista at Berry & Maple, you will be responsible for: • Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks consistently, • Producing well-presented drinks, • Providing friendly and welcoming customer service, • Working efficiently during busy brunch services, • Taking and preparing drink orders accurately, • Keeping the coffee station, bar and equipment clean and organised, • Restocking milk, coffee, cups and other bar supplies, • Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams, • Maintaining Berry & Maple’s presentation and service standards What We’re Looking For • Previous barista experience preferred, • Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks, • Latte art skills are a bonus, • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, • Reliable, punctual and well presented, • Friendly and confident with customers, • A strong team player with a good work ethic What We Offer ✨ Competitive pay ☕ Training and development 🥞 Staff meals 📈 Opportunity to grow within Berry & Maple Full-time and part-time positions available.
