Key Responsibilities: • Provide a warm welcome and excellent, friendly service to all customers., • Confidently take orders and process payments using our till systems., • Assist in the preparation and serving of Greek dishes such as gyros, halloumi, sides, and drinks (full training will be provided)., • Ensure a clean and organised workstation, including food preparation areas, counters, and equipment., • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures., • Restock ingredients and packaging, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages., • Work efficiently within a high-output team, capable of serving up to 400 customers per hour during peak events., • Uphold the brand’s reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality food with a smile, even during busy periods. Skills & Qualities: • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude., • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic environment., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Quick learner with meticulous attention to detail., • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to various tasks., • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Requirements: • Availability throughout the summer festival season, including key dates and weekends., • Ability to work at our London permanent site; off site events are required., • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a bustling environment., • Must be 16 years or older (or meet legal age requirements).
