Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards., • Maintain consistency in all drinks served , milk texturing, and drink presentation., • Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service at all times., • Assist with dialling in coffee and monitoring quality throughout service., • Support smooth and efficient workflow during busy service periods., • Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked., • Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure the coffee setup is ready for service., • Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and waste reduction., • Contribute positively to the team culture through professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety compliance.
