London | £14.00/hr We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our Old Street location, Monday to Friday. This is a structured, weekday-only role in a fast-moving but focused environment. No late nights. No weekend chaos. Just solid coffee, strong flow, and high standards. You’ll be running the bar and taking full ownership of the site during service. This includes maintaining quality, managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring consistency every day.
