We are a specialty coffee and bagel company with locations across London, focused on great coffee, fresh food, fast service, and strong team culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment and can bring great hospitality, consistency, and good vibes to the team. The Role As part of the team, you will be involved in both coffee and food service. You will prepare drinks, make bagels, serve customers, support the team, and help keep the store running smoothly during busy service. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing espresso-based drinks to a high standard, • Dialling in and maintaining coffee quality during service, • Preparing and serving bagels according to Noxy standards, • Supporting both coffee and food service during busy periods, • Providing friendly, fast, and professional customer service, • Keeping the coffee and bagel areas clean, organised, and ready for service, • Helping maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and store flow, • Working closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team About You We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and confident working with customers.
