Hi! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Skilled Supervisor for our Takeaway Coffee Shop, situated at the Bus/Tube Station of Canada Water. As Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in Supervising the day to day duties of for running the shop; Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality hot beverages and food items and managing a small team. Your ability to smoothly running the place of work, engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to their overall experience. Effectively supervising the day to day running of the shop when on duty. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, sandwiches, salads, ensuring freshness and quality. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and assist each other as needed. Weekly Stock Takes. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Leadership skills required. Knowledge and Skills in making coffees is a Must. Confidence in making sandwiches. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing orders. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Strong time management skills are essential to thrive in a busy café setting. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for customers is key to success in this role. We are a fairly new business, and we are looking to expand the brand in the near future.
