Duties • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair, • Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing exceptional service, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas, • Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure all products are prepared in a hygienic environment, • Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when needed, • Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods through effective time management, • Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Qualifications • Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is highly preferred. (Minimum 2 year essential), • Be able to do basic coffee art (essential), • Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold health standards at all times, • Experience in serving customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, • Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately, • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs promptly, • Strong attention to detail when preparing beverages and maintaining cleanliness, • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members We value energetic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make each guest’s visit exceptional!
