As a Receptionist/Bridal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Your role will involve assisting during bridal fittings, managing appointments, and supporting the seamstress with administrative tasks. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service are essential. Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting customers with professionalism and warmth.
Answering phone calls and managing inquiries.
Assisting the seamstress during fittings.
Clearly documenting all alteration instructions provided by the seamstress.
Processing client payments.
Scheduling appointments in the booking system.
Taking photos during the fitting process for records.
Carefully packing wedding dresses with attention to detail.
Maintaining a tidy and organized fitting room.
Demonstrating patience and a polite, friendly attitude.
