As the Validation Controller you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support and help to optimise the working day of the Field Engineers to achieve the daily delivery of customer service in line with the agreed SLA’s and by maximising the efficiency of the service delivery, ensure they are achieved in an efficient and customer focused manner. In your role you will be responsible for: · 2nd line support, supporting all field engineers, offering technical assistance and advice helping the engineer meet the clients SLA’s. · Offer Jeopardy and controls assistance on any testing or technical issues. · Help assist engineers run down their work in a timely manner throughout the working day. · Proactively support and assist new to field engineers. · Answer and action any queries and or requests received from the client. · Validate job closures including ensuring the correct pictures and relevant information are uploaded. · Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs are accounted for and closed correctly with sufficient notes to assist the client resolve any outstanding issues. · Challenge and validate any failed jobs and promote health and safety standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. · Avoid potential work failures by liaison with client Customers. · Ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed by the end of the day. · Communicate with field team managers and area managers of any issues throughout the working day. We are looking for a PA to assist the MD of the company both remotely and on-site with ad hoc, day to day admin tasks. This will include but is not limited to: - Managing personal calendar/timetables - Reviewing and arranging templates for documents - Managing emails/communications (screen them, respond to them based on instruction, etc) - Providing effective summaries of these communications or information - and other ad hoc tasks. Demand Planning Admin Assistant Barry M is a British cruelty-free cosmetics company, specialising in on trend make-up and nail products. Based in Mill Hill, London NW7 it was founded by Barry Mero in 1982 and remains an independent and family-owned business. We are looking to recruit someone to support the Demand Planning team with a number of key functions in order to keep the department running smoothly. Someone keen to learn the many facets of the role to help us to make key business decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: Goods-in Diary - Taking ownership of the goods-in diary and keeping it up to date. - Monitoring the journey of stock from PO placement to stock in warehouse and maintaining communication with all stakeholders along the way. Managing Deliveries - Work closely with our freight forwarders. Booking deliveries from the Far East and EU, ensuring we have the best quote. - Making sure goods are departing/arriving on time. - Work with our warehouse if goods come in damaged or missing and feeding it back to the supplier. Placing POs and Liaising with suppliers - Placing purchase orders on our system ensuring accurate pricing and quantities. - Chasing up suppliers and ensuring all is on track with orders placed. - Communicating effectively, maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure smooth business. Invoice reconciliation - Cross checking invoices with stock ordered and stock received before handing to accounts. - Sending payment confirmations to suppliers where possible. - Assisting in providing information for stock reconciliation with regards to payment of invoices.
