About the Business We are a new food brand focused on delivering high-quality tacos, burritos, and sides; all made fresh daily and available through platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo. We're looking for a dependable, experienced cook to join us from day one and help establish a clean, consistent, and efficient kitchen operation. You will be working closely with the owner of the brand, especially during the early stages, with ongoing support in training, setup, and day-to-day service as the business grows. Role Overview You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, assembling orders, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and organisation. Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. 2. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. 5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods. 6. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Requirements 1. Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate , Valid for the year. 2. Food Allergen Awareness Training , Valid for the year. 3. Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant, café, food truck, or similar setting 4. Strong understanding of food safety practices and modern culinary techniques 5.
