Preparing Traditional Greek Dishes • Cook authentic Greek meals such as:, • Moussaka, Souvlaki, Pastitsio, • Gyros, Dolmades, Spanakopita, • Tzatziki, Fasolada, Baklava, • Use traditional Greek cooking methods (grilling, roasting, slow-cooking, etc.), • Balance the use of olive oil, herbs, lemon, garlic, and fresh ingredients Also must have availability on weekends and for night shifts.
