Key Responsibilities: Reservations Management: Handle bookings, process payments, and manage pre-orders with efficiency and accuracy. Table Planning: Arrange the seating plan and provide clear, concise briefings to the team to ensure smooth service. Guest Reception: Offer a warm and welcoming experience by greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with any inquiries. Sales Initiatives: Take the lead on proactive sales efforts to maximize reservations and enhance the guest experience. Business Development: Establish and cultivate new business connections to drive venue growth and community engagement. Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media channels to boost the venue's online presence and attract new clientele. Lievito Madre is a small independent pizzeria and Italian restaurant located in the heart of Clapham and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced pizza chef who has some experience with pasta and starters who will keep up with our premium food standards. Ideally we would like someone with a good eye for details, quick to learn, someone who has a positive attitude and who will be an amazing team player. Our menu is mainly traditional Italian but with a few contemporary dishes using the freshest ingredients and delicious pizza dough. We would love to see candidates with previous Neapolitan pizza , starters, and pasta experience and we will provide some site specific training to the right candidate.
