Kitchen Assistance: Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen staff. Help with plating and garnishing dishes during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas. Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment regularly. Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and storage. Restock supplies in the kitchen and front-of-house as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to anticipate and address customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience as a barista, waitress, or kitchen assistant is preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
