Automotive Electronics Engineer Location: On-site (Bushey WD23 3DP) | Hours: Full-time | Industry: Supercar & Hypercar Technology Are you passionate about pushing the limits of automotive performance? We’re expanding our in-house development team and looking for an exceptional Automotive Electronics Engineer to help shape the next generation of high-performance vehicle technology. If you want to work on cutting-edge hardware and software for some of the world’s most exciting automotive platforms—this is your opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role across our full engineering lifecycle, including: • Designing, developing and debugging advanced electronic circuits and PCB systems, • Creating and troubleshooting PC-based software tools, • Producing high-quality schematics, documentation and technical reports, • Performing hands-on PCB assembly, repair, rework and modifications (SMD & through-hole), • Supporting new product development from concept to completion, • Investigating failures, driving root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions What You Bring We’re looking for someone with real depth in automotive electronics, ideally within the supercar/hypercar environment: • Proven experience with high-performance automotive platforms, • Strong C++ programming skills, • Practical LabVIEW knowledge, • Experience using DAVE4 or similar embedded development tools, • Proficiency with Altium or comparable PCB design software, • Solid diagnostic and analytical abilities, • Embedded systems and microcontroller programming experience, • Strong understanding of sensors, ECUs, CANBUS/LIN systems and automotive diagnostics, • Familiarity with automotive-grade testing, validation and reliability standards, • Ability to communicate clearly with excellent technical documentation skills What’s in It for You We invest in our people and offer a supportive, engineering-led environment with real opportunities to grow: • Private medical insurance with additional perks, • Capped dental, hearing and optical cover, • 21 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, • People’s Pension scheme, • Cycle to Work scheme, • On-site parking, • Free uniform, • Free tea & coffee, • Fun team events including summer and Christmas celebrations Additional Details • 3-month probation period, • NDA & IP protection apply, • Must have the legal right to work in the UK, • Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and proven expertise If you’re driven by technical excellence and excited by the idea of engineering the future of high-performance automotive systems, we’d love to hear from you.
