The post holder will build effective relationships with residents, have experience and knowledge around working with people who have mental health and have worked directly with clients to aid them to progress e.g. building confidence, learning life skills, managing feelings/emotions and finding external support working towards long term goals. Experience of working with women who have varying needs to include complex needs e.g. homelessness, offending behaviours and mental health is a requirement.
