Company Description Quality & Compliance Lead Clay Brook Healthcare Limited Location: Nottingham Office (office & community based) Areas Covered: Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, London & South Yorkshire Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Bonus: Discretionary performance-related bonus of up to 15% of annual salary Contract: Full Time Additional: Participation in the Manager On Call rota About the Role Clay Brook Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate Quality & Compliance Lead to oversee and continuously improve quality, compliance, and operational standards across our services. This role plays a vital part in supporting safe, person-centred care delivery across Supported Living, Home Care, Complex Care, and Outreach Support services. Based from our Nottingham office, you will work both office-based and in the community, providing hands-on support, leadership, and oversight across multiple regions. You will ensure regulatory compliance, high customer satisfaction, staff development and retention, and alignment with regulatory and organisational expectations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage quality assurance and compliance across all service areas, • Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards, • Support day-to-day operational quality within supported living, home care, complex care and outreach services, • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and staff retention, • Conduct audits of care and support records, interventions, and service delivery, • Analyse accidents, incidents, and safeguarding concerns, identifying trends and improvements, • Develop, review, and monitor care plans, risk assessments, and Positive Behaviour Support plans, • Complete Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support workforce development, • Deliver staff inductions, training, and reflective practice sessions, • Coach and mentor staff to improve knowledge, confidence, and quality of care, • Use Excel spreadsheets and data tools to track compliance, incidents, and quality metrics, • Participate in the Manager On Call system Essential Knowledge & Experience • Proven experience in a quality, compliance, or senior care role, • Strong knowledge of:, • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), • Autism and Learning Disabilities, • Mental Health and Complex Care, • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and inspection processes, • Experience with:, • Care planning and risk management, • Accident and incident analysis, • Auditing care and support documentation, • Staff training, induction, and reflective practice, • Confident using Excel spreadsheets and data analysis tools, • Willingness to work across multiple regions and in community settings, • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) Desirable / Development Opportunities • Strong experience supporting individuals using Positive Behaviour Support approaches, • Commitment to continuous professional development, • Successful candidate will be offered:, • BTEC Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner Training, • Train the Trainer qualification Why Join Clay Brook Healthcare Limited? • Competitive salary with performance-related bonus up to 15%, • Opportunity to influence and improve quality across diverse services, • Strong focus on staff development and learning, • Supportive leadership team and values-driven organisation, • Real opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives
