What We're Looking For: • Experience progressive operational leadership experience within a manufacturing environment., • Background in fast-paced, high-compliance industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals or chemicals., • BSc in Engineering or a related scientific discipline (preferred)., • Proven experience designing and embedding manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement systems across multi-site operations., • Strong track record of delivering measurable results across productivity, quality, cost, safety and waste reduction., • Highly capable change leader, able to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new processes and systems., • Confident communicator, comfortable leading fact-based performance dialogues with senior site leadership teams.
