Sales Operations Administrator – IT Channel • Nottingham, • Up to £32,000 pa (DOE), • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, Regular company socials, • Benefits: Access to HealthShield, Holiday Purchase Scheme, Company Socials, Electric Vehicle Scheme, Employee Discount on Technology & Enhanced Maternity & Paternity., • Our Client: Jigsaw24 (Exclusive Recruitment Partnership) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional communication., • Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting with general enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department., • Manage the Partner mailbox, categories and assigning requests to appropriate team members., • Prepare and issue customer quotations, working closely with the Trading Manager to maximise quote conversion., • Set up and maintain customer Procurement Portals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency., • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for non-standard products and bespoke customer requests., • Process customer orders accurately, providing clear estimated delivery times and managing expectations., • Ensure customer reports are delivered within agreed timeframes., • Support additional reporting requests related to account management., • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide informed support., • Follow company processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B Sales focussed Administration role is essential., • Previous experience within the technology industry, an IT MSP, or VAR would be beneficial., • Confident communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels., • Excellent written ability, with experience of using CRM systems/tools (Salesforce ideally)., • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively., • A proactive & positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team., • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
