To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, gained in a restaurant or hotel of similar standard. We need someone who can hit the ground running and work with independence and confidence.
As our Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of our Afternoon Tea service as well as producing high quality desserts for lunch / dinner and events. That means you'll need to have the skills to manage your own section and excel under pressure.
