You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As our Restaurant manager, you will lead the restaurant service, make sure stock and Rota’s are up to date and to ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest standards, communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role.

We are seeking a passionate Bread Baker to join our team. As a Night Baker you will play a vital role in supporting our bakery operations and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for making doughs and a desire to work in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and production of makings various breads. Including sour doughs and gluten free. - Follow recipes and instructions to accurately measure and mix ingredients. - Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, moulders and hoppers. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times - To be able to lift a maximum of 22 kg. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow communication is key. - Experience: - Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred.
