Your duties will consist of, but not be limited to: · Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly, yet professional manner and setting up dining areas, warranting that a clean and tidy environment is presented and maintained at all times. · Ensuring high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times to guarantee first class service. · Organising and storing ingredients and materials quickly and efficiently. · Preparing, and storing food hygienically and safety. · Assisting each other in general kitchen duties. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Prior experience as a barista or in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Comfort and confidence working with dogs in a group setting. Strong attention to cleanliness and safety protocols.
