This unique role blends café duties with managing our dog lounge, where guests can enjoy spending time with our four adorable Shiba Inu dogs! Key Responsibilities: Barista Duties: Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, while maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, operate the till, and ensure excellent service at all times. Dog Lounge Supervision: Oversee the dog lounge, ensuring guests are following the lounge rules and having a safe and enjoyable experience. Guest Orientation: Walk customers through the lounge rules and provide any necessary information about interacting with the dogs. Dog Care: Keep an eye on the dogs’ behaviour and wellbeing, and assist with basic care, if necessary. Your Role Will Vary Day-to-Day! You won't be doing the same thing every day—we like to mix it up! Some days, you’ll be busy making coffee as a barista, while other days you’ll be in the dog lounge overseeing playtime and chatting with guests. This rotation keeps the job fresh and ensures that you get to enjoy all aspects of working in a café and with dogs. What We’re Looking For: A passion for coffee and dogs! Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Prior experience as a barista or in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Comfort and confidence working with dogs in a group setting. Strong attention to cleanliness and safety protocols. Large catering company looking for Hospitality Assistant to work at a central London site. Must have previous experience, preferably in a corporate catering environment and must have good level of spoken English.
