Reception Manager We're looking for an experienced and charismatic Reception Manager to lead our reception team (multi sites South Kensington, Battersea and Richmond) and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised experience. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit and leaving a lasting impression. Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. · Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media. · Schedule and assign cleaning duties to staff members. · Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. · Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff to improve efficiency and effectiveness. · Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and maintenance of office technology. · Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. · Order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, while adhering to budget constraints. · Develop and manage the cleaning department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. · Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to minimize hazards. · Handle any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally. · Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and inventory usage. · Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. · Gather feedback from staff and management to improve cleaning services. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the confidence to manage a broad range of responsibilities in a busy, growing business. Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organised and professional work environment., • Prepare documents, maintain filing systems, and ensure administrative records are up to date., • Manage data entry, database maintenance, and reporting on property-related and internal records. • Monitor office supplies, technology, and general office upkeep.
