Role Overview As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning operations are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with contract specifications. You'll supervise site teams, maintain client relationships, manage quality control, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Your leadership and coordination skills will drive the day-to-day success of our service delivery.
